Buyers beware

I received my order of hydroquinone today and I have to say I am mortified with what I actually received, First of all the container was soaking wet when I opened the package, the hydrodroquione is very watery and has lumps in it, it looks like it wasn't mixed well at all and finally the color of the hydroquinone is brown, so I'm assuming that it has oxidized,which means it's pretty much worthless, I am very dissatisfied with the product I received, I spent over a hundred dollars on this crap, I feel like I just got scammed!! :mad:

I would return it and demand a refund!

My mono from .net does not work...

I'm guessing that was not effective either...

Return it immediately and ask for a full refund. If you paid with paypal, open a dispute. That site is a total scam.

Wow I'm so sorry to hear that! :( I agree with the other posters ask for a full refund- I'm hoping you paid with Paypal!

Hmm, not sure if Paypal will get your money back. I heard a user say before if the item arrived, then there is nothing they can do about it. Still, I would try! That's money your throwing away!!

So I emailed them today demanding a full refund, if they don't give it to me, I'll contact paypal and open a dispute,I'm so pissed , I'll just have to buy hq powder and mix my own cream, you really can't trust any companies these days, got to learn the hard way I guess! But seriously everyone beware of these site!

They didn't even dispute with me even though I was so ready

I just received my hydroqinone 10% in the mail and I experience the same thing leaking jar watery mix it was no way hydroquinone. I just emailed them demanding my money back I use hydroquinone 10% here in the U.S from a legit company that use to sell it it work wonders than when I saw this website selling it I was so happy only to be disspointed receiving pink looking dirty looking liquid.. I use this product for a week giving it the benefit of the doubt but it nothing my skin was beginning to darken I had to go back to using bio claire I just email this company demanding a refund..

OK so they finally refunded me my money, I'm so happy!

I have used the products with no problems and I'm maintianing now but at least you got our money back

My point exactly spent 300 usd with depig and nothing, not sure why people complain when they receive a refund

Lighterr you need to speak more sensibly at times.

Why would anyone want to go through grief of spending your money and not getting your stuff on time ?

And even if they get a refund do you really think the products are authentic especially at mono.net?

I have understood one thing for sure. Mono.net states a lot of things but has too much of dilution going on.

And herbalinn is absolute nonsense anyway .

Authentic ones would be getting products from lab assistants or labs itself... the rest are making it commercially viable for themselves by mixing stuff and diluting it to make more money with the increased quantity.

Im not saying I won't purchase from .net again but I'm really scared now.

And have you really lightened using their products.. I will show you my pics and you'd notice I Haven't CHANGED EVEN A BIT

In fact my mum arrived in UK today and she was quite surprised I have gone a shade darker according to her .lolz.. so much so for .net mono... and their new neosporone additive..

1.)so its my fault that I got good cream from them theat lightened me 6 shades and I HAVE THE PICTURES TO PROVE IT.

2.) I am no one's saviour our skin lightening GOD ON THIS FORUM, you asked and I shared with you what works for me.

Lighterr why are you being so defensive? You act like you own the company or something, maybe you do, lets be real about the situation , you live in canada, where the company is, you're the only one who has "real" results from using this crap, and you're the only one going from site to site trying to promote this crap, sounds like a seller to me! And I'm going to keep complaining because I hate scammers and sellers who pose as people pretending that they have successfully lighten their skin only to get customers, and how do we even know that you used their hq to get lighter, you could have used mono for all I know! :(

Lighterr has been accused of being a sellar for sometime now. I am accused on the bright forum of being lighterr,& me, etc. check it out. This person said we are the same person because we joined this forum on the same day. I'm upset 2 as you will read. I personally like mono net in the past. But their prodcut leave a lot to be desired. The price is 2 high etc. the 20% didn't work. Its was awful a mess. I posted that here they made me a new batch(free) I paid for postage. I can only now say after reading you guys complaints that I undertsand your frustrations. There are making changes there. I don't think its for the best. The 40% is better buts is slow also & its 2 expensive for me to continue. AM I wrong for saying 40% is better? I didn't have the delivery problems so I can't chime in on them. I can now chime in other things but Am I sellar because I didn't have that problem. Depig.com is coming at me on the other forum. I get it. They obviously read this forum & they are bashing it 2. we both stated it didn't work now we are the same person.
I don't know about you guys but I really like to have proof about the sellar thing. & honestly I don't care if they r. if the product work I will buy & bought it. If if doesn't I will tell that also. Its good to read other forums whether you comment or not. I thought I did my research. I had no idea people would lie to sell prodcts Now I know. Take what you discovered about mono net. Im a sellar!! Depig.com lighten my purse! Burned my skin. MY MONO mixture w BA left my skin looking like a cheetah! HQ40% (from) mono.net is very slow but I see it lightening in addition to various soap & from various companies! Movate, I just started I don't think it make the spots blend in. So, Im now sitting in the sun 20 min a day starting yesterday. Im selling the sun rays now! Lol

I don't give a damn what nobody says lighterr is a freakin seller, she's too defensive over this company, why does she care if I complain , I have a right to complain I received a brown watery mess, she seems to be the only one who have lighten significantly using that crap, that's kind of fishy to me, but anyway if you guys want to continue wasting your money on something that barely works then be my guest!

And mepk5 I'm not attacking lighterr , I simply posted a thread on how mono.net sent me that disgusting crap they call hydroquinone, she's the one the one who got defensive saying why am I complaining when I received a refund ,like she owns the company or something, I want people to know what's to be expected so they won't waste precious time and money like I did, I think I'm doing people a huge favor, informing them of this site.
