I began taking benzylarbutin 500 mg every day last night. I hope it helps lighten my hair and eyes. I know applying the cream does work, but I want it to affect my eyes and hair color also.

I don't think supplements like glutathione can lighten the skin, because that's in the diet and made by the liver as needed anyway. In order to lighten the skin, it needs to be able to kill or shut down melanocytes. I noticed from depigmented people's pics that fewer or smaller melanocytes cells makes you look fairer and also thinner as well.

Hey, when I first started using bio claire, I was using the oil and the cream only, but now I decided to mix all 3 together because the othercream made me so dark and it lightened fast , so to me it works better when you use all 3. I'll keep you posted

Yeah after while the dryness will stop but than it will start again cause the skin is just renewing itself... but I like said it take a long time to get result but it does work it took me 2 to 3 month to finally start seeing it working on me... I almost gave up bio-claire until people kept saying it does work.. than I saw result

Jessica1 I would say give it at least 3 to 4 month to see good results... the lower parts of my legs are the lighty part of my body now.. its lighter than what I wanted I have to use self tanning lotion to darken my legs a little. My legs just look like I been in the sun and forgot to tan the lower parts of my legs like white people...

This is to GOLD3509 AND unpredictablehi... I am new to this site. I've been reading this forum for a bit. I'm a 23 medium skinned Asian. I just want to even out my skin tone and if possible go a few shades lighter. Both of my parents are very light-skinned, but not me. After reading the forum for awhil I decided to give Bio Clair a try and just finished ordering it online. I can't wait to try it out. I odered the big jar of body cream, the soap, and the serum. Do I pour the serum (which I think is the oil) into the jar of cream?

Yes mix the cream and oil together... but you don't have to mix it just some say you get more quick results when you mix it...

I also wanted to say that I emailed customer service for the 10%HQ. They sent me a consent form to signed then after they receive it, I can call them up and order it... How long did it take you to notice changes in your facial tone and you only used it on your face, correct?. I have very dark elbows, underarms, and knees... it's so embarrassing and I don't feel comfortable wearing clothing that expose those areas.. do you think the 10%HQ will help??

I tried hq 10% on my body with no good result it work really well on my face you probably want to try the HQ 10% with tretinoin it has a peeling affect. I pour half the bottle serum with the bio claire cream..

LOL... no I Don't specialize in this field I'm just going by my experience with the product I have use. And lot of my information come from other users on this site who share with me what the used HQ= hydroquoine

OK cool thks been hearing a lot of positive feedback regarding Bio claire... must be true then... Hydroquine isn´t that bad stuff, research has shown that kojic acid ( as found in papaya soap for example) has the same effect and is way safer... this because it all natural... Salaam

I never had a problem with HQ but some people do have reactions it. Allergy or something.

Yeah I read about kojic acid and the papaya soap.. but I'm cool with what I'm using for now...

Hey! I've been using the Bio Claire since Friday night and I really think it works! Either that or my eyes are playing tricks on me! I notice a difference in my face, but no nothing on my body yet :( better than no results at all right. Anyway I'm going to continuing using it and I'll keepo you posted. I just email customer service the consent. I'm very excited to try the HQ10%. Oh! You mentioned that I should get HQ10% with tretinoin... I'll do that.. oh one more thing.. I didn't get any itchy or drying on my skin from the biop claire yet.. I just feel that my skin feels softer.. did you get that too? When did you get the peeling and itchiness??

My body started to lighten about two months later so it going to take while to see result on the body... but some see it sooner but not me.. when using tretinoin with H Q be careful cause it peels the skin... and lot of redness... burning affects after peeling in about 6 or 7 day later... so be careful with this product...

Any suggestions on dark underarm pits and elbows? It's so embarrassing.. :(

No you have to ask for tretinoin with HQ HQ is sold by itself no I don't have before and after pic. Bio claire has lighten my elbows and knees..

Hello, I am new to this board but I have been following this topic. I have been searching for skin lightning produts that really work!
I am living in The Netherlands so does anyone know how and where I can order Bio Claire and hydroquionone 10% and how much it will cost in euros?
And one more thing.. hydroquionone is not permitted in The Netherlands.. but I REALLY need to have bio claire and hydroquionone 10%. :(
What can I do to get them?
I'm currently a dark brown skin tone and I would like to achieve a light brown skin tone.
