    Hi Tina,

Tell me about it! I could understand if I were to tan in the sun and have my pigments return.. but not naturally on its own.

.. So Lucida would give permanent results? And it’s a lightening pills.. right? Can you use any other lightening creams with it… just to speed things up?
Are you using Lucida right now? Actually the link isn’t working.
I’m sorry for bombarding you with all these question but I’m really curious. I’m tired of all these FAKE products that only lighten my purse. I want to find something that works, and permanently! If you know anything please do share.

    Thanks for the response.

    Hi TinaBrown,
Didn`t start taking Lucida DS because I have a problem with the customer clearance! I hope I will get it in 1 or 2 days. It`s already in the country.

    HI LOTTI
That is great news, I hope that they come through. I emailed the owner of the website and he basically said that the pills need to be taken forever. So once you start you can't stop, so make sure this is defenetly what you want and can afford.

    Hey monica.
You should go to the website they have a great amount of information. But yes results are permanet as long as you keep taking the pills, once you stop I think the pigment will come back, as far as I know. And yes they are skinlightening pills but known as skin whitening. You can also use other creams and soaps to make the process more quick because the pills work from within the body and the creams etc work outside on the actual skin. I don't think the product is fake, just use it as it says and it will work.
Hope I have given you some help.
Keep up the research something will work.

    Hey guys.

I too want to be a shade lighter.

Im currently doing it the safest way possible. Im wearing my sunblock lotion and drinking carrot juice; I love carrots. Also every night I dab buttermilk on my body; I forgot how buttermilk works to fade spots but it does for me. Also I'm blemish free. Apple cider vinegar, Combine two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with one teaspoon of orange juice and apply to the spots, preferably on a cloth or cotton pad that is secured to the area.

Check these sites out. There's lots of helpful information in them and a lot of helpful people as well.

    Good luck guys :)

    Hi Lotti,

Thanks for the info and good luck, I really hope it works.
I hope it will work as fast as it would for Asians. And believe me I know what it’s like to get scammed, that’s why I’m so skeptical about buying these products. That Kumanzi character is also a scammer, or so I’ve heard.

And Thanks for the links Amedeco!

    Hi monica,
Kuzami is too expensive and there is no big company behind him. That is the big problem! He only wants to make good fast money. I think I am lightener as a asian and so it should work fast. However L-glutathionein in high dosis is the only thing which I think that could really help. I have tried so many creams... -all fakes- and a big waste of money

Unitedshelter seems to be very credible. I even can`t believe such a big fraud. Nevertheless it`s great pity that I cannot find a person (in the net) which used l-glutathione in the right dosis and long enough for her/his complexion.
I think it`s maybe too new.

    Nevertheless I`m optimistic.
Life is very hard with such a skin/pigment problem.
Monica which country are you from and how old are you?
    Good old europa?
I hope to hear from you soon!

    p.s. what does scammer mean?

    Hi Lotti,

I heard Kumanzi's Products doesn’t even work. I was browsing through a site and some folks were having a conversation about it in those regards. Anyway, I really hope L-glutathionein in high doses really works. I have to say that I’m very skeptical about lightening pills itself, therefore I’m keeping my fingers crossed tightly that this works.

My skin complexion is uneven. I really want to find something that will give me an overall even complexion. I’m 23 and I live in Canada, which I guess is a disadvantage. While browsing through sites, I’ve realized that quite a few companies that don’t cater to Canadian residents.

Also, I heard that Fair and flawless has lightening pills. I’ve emailed them question but they have yet to respond.

I didn't realise I left out .us on the link I gave you. Sorry. So now you have been what do you think. Sounds promising doesn't it. I think it is reliable because I called one of the contact numbers and spoke to somebody on the telephone. They even have a pickup center in uk, where I am from. So have a look on the website carefully, there might be a pick up centre in canada.

    Hi Tina,

That’s OK. Thanks for the reply.

Even though this product works more quick for Asian skin tones, or similar, I guess it does sound convincing (as do they all). Thing is I’m so darn skeptical of lightening pills itself. But you never really know what works until you try it, unfortunately. Fair and Flawless has lightening pills (particularly made for brown/dark skinned individuals) that I was considering... Until they didn’t respond to my emails.

I was going to order the custom made pills, and creams from F&F. I’m not sure anymore though. Anyway, no I haven’t checked the website for pick-up areas in Canada. There are just so many skin lightening products all promising to be the ‘it thing’ but many are fakes. So before I try anything, I want testimonies for individuals that have tried the product and had success.

I don’t want to get ripped-off. If you want to try it, maybe you should get testimonies for other people who have tried it before ordering.

Hey Monica! Thanks very much for the link! Im definitley going to purchase it.
I just hope that it's not a scam. They offer a 90 day money back deal, so, I guess it'll be okay.

Also, I've decided to take my chance with the bearberries. It is truly known to inhibit the production of melanin. Wish me luck.

All keep it posted. :) :)

    Lucida-ds whitening range
    Hi everybody,

I stumbled upon this forum after hours and hours of researching like everybody else here no doubt. I have been looking for a safe and effective method of skin lightening for years and years and have wasted lots of money on various creams, potions and lotions! I am so cautious now and only want to spend my money on something unless I am really convinced that I will see results! This L-glutathione seems very interesting... and thanks Lotti for all your information and personal experiences/recommendations. I am thinking to purchase these pills... I was wondering how anyone is getting on with them? And also does anyone have any comments on the Lucida-ds whitening system on the http://www.unitedshelter.us/lws.html site?

Again, its lotions and potions... if anyone has any comments, would really appreciate it. Its comforting to know that there are other people out there in the same position looking for answers! Hopefully we will find a solution!

    Take care

    Hi skinwhite,

Thankx for your information/reply. Well I know that I have to become a member before I can "log" in. But I still have problems with my internet-access. -sorry- only the 1/2 things work
However I know melatonin rather good. I have even used it already.
Melatonin is hormon and it`s used as a "natural" sleeping pill in the usa.In the usa you can get it in every drugstore. In europa (without the netherlands) it`s even not possible to receive it.
Melatonin make your pigmentation smaller. (it is a side effect)
There is no long term success at all!! Melatonin (I have used 9 to 16mg a day) is even harmful for your body. Guyz please stay away from this stuff. -okay- If anyone found out something news I still will answer. Cu

Yellowgal, I’m right there with Ya.

I too am searching for lightening pills that actually WORK!!

Not sure if one actually exists though.

Have you tired or heard anything about the ones fair and flawless sell?

…I heard they sell pills. And since their products are specifically made for ethnic skin tones -- African American individuals-- it might be more of good use.

    Fair and Flawless
I had been using Fair and Flawless whitening gel on my face since Novembember of last year (a chinese lady introduced it to me in her store in Ft. Jackson, NC). She told me that she is always selling out of it because people always come back for more. 2 months later, I visited my mother in San Antonio. She hadn't seen me in about 4 months, so she told me that she noticed that I was lighter than before. My skin color is the color of Tony Braxton.

So anyway, switching things up a bit, I ordered the whole Godiva ethnic lightening set (about $110.00) and have been using it for about 2.5 weeks now. And although I don't notice any lightening difference yet, my skin IS free from all open pores, blackheads and anything else. My face is definitely flawless right now. :D

I was hoping to speed things up a bit with some pills. I read some of you referring to "Asia White" pills and asked a question about it a few days ago, but no one answered.

Anyway, if anyone finally finds some "Asia White" pills other than that scam site, please let us know.

    "melatonin" Hi yellowgal85,

As I can see on your replies in the internet your are very interseted in skin whitening. Nevertheless you didn`t order l-glutathione pills until now nor use them. WHY?? To wate is a waste of time! It took time to order and 3-6 month until you might see results.
I have ordered 10 bottles (600 pills Lucida DS) from unitedshelter and 300pills (Aktive White) from ganda. There is no problem at all to find a seller of l-glutathione pills. What is your problem? Everything arrived to me!!
I am using l-glutathione pills now (2500 mg each day) in the correct dosis with vit C since a month. It`s to short to say something but I know that I am doing something and will know more soon! ;)
    - sorry - It`s more better to try/change something instead of wailing and wasting time.

Ps. Forget melatonin!! It`s a sleeping hormon. It`s harmful for your body!
I have even used it years ago on myself and there are no results!

    Hey lotti.

Lol. I hear what you're saying. I am taking so long to find what I want... but I admitt that I'm a little scared... I don't want to waste my money on anything else... I don't want something potenially dangerous to my body/health... I don't want something damaging... I don't want to be worse off than I am now... I want to be good to myself when it comes to something so dangerous/tricky, you know. I'm nineteen years old... I have time to research for a bit. I want to find something that's real/right/safe/natural. If there is such a thing. I don't have money to be constantly wasting on phonies... I'll be deciding soon on what I'll try. Thanks for the words lottie.

    Fair and Flawless (mistake)
Sorry, Monica. I made a mistake. When I went back home, I realized it said, "Fair and White -Paris" as the name brand, and not "Fair and Flawless". My bad :o

And Lotti, thank you for clearing that up for me. And which pills are you using right now, the pills from united shelter or the Asia White pills from ganda?

If Fair and Flawless has pills, I will check into. I want to be a guinee pig, like lotti LOL! As soon as I am satisfied with my research, I will finally order and begin the experimentation.

    Possible Candidates

    1. Glut pills from United Shelter

    2. Asia White

    3. Fair & Flawless

That’s okay realhipchick we all make mistakes! :)

If you want to look into F&F’s products you can check out their website (fairandflawless.com)

I emailed them questions about their pills and but they have yet to respond. I had emailed them questions before about their products but they said I should just check-out their website instead, which I found odd. But even still, I know they’re creams work very well... the prices is the only killer.

Monica, that does sound weird that they don't answer your questions...

I would like to know if they put any bad ingredients in their products (kojac acid, hydroquinine, etc). Those kind of questions should never be unanswered.

I printed and filled out their 4-page health questionare and I am going to submit it along with a picture of me and a picture of an individual who has the desired skin color I want. This is the process for their "customed-designed lightening sets. I will send it off tomorrow and hopefully they won't quote me some incredibally ridiculous amount of money for it.

Maybe they will see that I am serious after I submit the form and can ask them some questions. Any questions you want me to ask them if I get their attention?

OH, I just found their NUMBER!!! You could also call them at:

I was at my friends house today, her dad is a dermatologist. I showed him the website of fair and flaless and he laughed and said it is the most ridiculous thing that he has ever heard to submit pictures for a custom made formula. There is no such thing and those claims should not be trusted. He said skin is individualized and the lightening is not determined by the formula, but by the melanocyts... something or other  reaction to a cream. He also said for what they are charging you could go to a professional and get proper care, and not to trust such false statements. He looked at me with his bearing eyes and said your not thinking of trying it are you? I felt scared! I said no sir. He said good because you can damage your skin by trusting such nonsense.

So then I asked him what would work. He said hydroquinone is the most common way, but that is not the answer to my problems since it's not a one time cure. He is going to put me on a combination of Retin A micro and something else... I think he said liquitin or something like that. He said next time I come over, he'll give me samples. I can't wait!

I am happy for you that your friend`s dad is a dermatologist. Over the last 11 years I have consult more than 30 dermatologists within a radius of 700 km.
No one of them was able to help me anyway. This is even the reason of this side! Dermatologist have no knowledge in this case. Hydrochinon he told, or? Every dermatologist will tell you that stuff.

OK whatever- I was trying to just share what I heard about fair and flwls to save peoples money and more imprtntly there skin.

Oh by the way, you were prob seeing white derms that have no knowledge - my friend and her dad are Spanish so can relate. He also said from his country that mercury was very common there and many peeps were poisoned from skin ltng creams. He said other creams had steroids and peeps using it for over 3 years found their skin covered in hair, blotchy and suffered from cyst acne until he had to correct it. Many companies having bad reputation there will try to sell in this country under diff names, since US and FDA can not check every item or website.

U said every dr says hydrochinon - well then there must be a reason why all are saying. He said if I want to lighten more than spots or specific areas, hydrochinon is no good bcs you have to keep using and can be cytotoxic if you keep using. Well I've said enof. Hope I have helped some.

    Obagi Hi skinwhite,

Well it`s nice to read your new reply but my only quesition was to know what your friend`s DAD (the dermatologist) think about l-glutathione in high dosis together with vit C. as a skin whitener. Only his opinion and this isn`t anwered at all.
I used until now numbers of creams (even with hydrochinon and also obagi) without any long term success and I could not believe that there exist a real lightening cream.
The opinion of your friend`s dad would be interesting to this forum and to me.
    So let hear from you!!
I`m still using now l-glutathione pills 2500mg together with 3000mg vit C. since over a month but it will/should take 3 to 6 month to see if it works.
They don`t even promise success overnight so I still have to wait. Until now I couldn`t even find any reply of experience together with l-glutathione that I could really trust. Maybe it`s all a big fake?? - I don`t know now! Sometimes it seems to me a little bit strange that only Philippines companies sell this pills but who knows maybe they have more knowledge there in this case. Whatever I have about 800pills (each with 500mg l-glutathione) at home and I still take them on! Until now (about a month) I couldn`t recognise any changes. All right
I hope to hear from you guyz and maybe someone who visit this side has even long term experience with l-glutathione on her/him -self.

    Ciao ;)

Ps. As you could find on an old reply from me anywhere in this forum I have already even used OBAGI and it is for nothing the biggest waste of money at all!!

They replied they do not give money back guarantee to international buyers and that they could not scan there certificate as they are "not allowed" I sk them to post it to me but that no luck

I asked them to give me names of there bulk buyers they also told me they were "not allowed" despite the fact they displays there international suppliers details on there web site. HI GUYS
Haven't been on the site for a while, seems like I have missed quite a bit. But I have been doing some more research. Hey lotti I also have ordered my pills from unitedshelter like I said, but I am giong to pick mine up from one of the suppliers in the uk, when they arrive. That is so true that only the phillipeans only know about l-glutathione, because I went to a chineese herbalist who you think would mabey have heard of it but she didn't even know what I was talking about. I went to my [italien] dermotologist who I see under the NHS [here in the ENGLAND] and she said she has heard of skinwhitening pills that work but have bad side effects, and before I could say any thing else she said DO NOT USE them. But the main thing guys is that she called it a different name, nothing like l-glutathione or any other pills mentioned on the site. Im going to book another appoitment and ask her if she's heard of l-glutathione with vitamin c to work. But I no there is something because look at Michale Jackson [ even though he has gone to far], little kim, and even people from my country where I originate, they were once black and are very light now from head to toe in a very short space of time.
    Keep researching, something will work

Hi realhipchick, I’m not sure what ingredients FnF contains, quite frankly I know nothing about their products, Just hearsay, since the reply to my questions was vague. But I hope they at least respond to your request and concerns. Good Luck!

The lady in the before & after pics spent about $1000 to get to that complexion with the custom made products. But I also heard that without continuous usage of FnF, your natural complexion will shortly return after you stop. However, I’m not sure how much truth this holds. Not sure if I want to find out for myself either.

I’m still trying to find if they really make custom made pills, I’m also still waiting for a response. Can you please try asking them? I’ll probably give them a call but I’m going to keep searching for new solutions.

    Thanks!

    Michal Jackson, creams;

    Hi guyz,

I think some guyz on this side are on the wrong way and maybe even on the wrong side!! :(

This side is about "skinwhitening pills" and not about creams and stuff like "Fair & Flawless". ( Nevertheless I have e-mailed them with a few question, without an anwer until now) Until now I have used numbers of creams (contain: hydochinon, kojac acid, vit. C, arbutin.. and creams from obagi, godiva.. ) without any long term success and without any, bad, harmful side effects!
I even can`t believe that there is a cream that will really help someone in this case.
In my opinion the only way to lighten up, is to stop the production of melanin FROM INSIDE by using pills, foodstuff or something like that.

I don`t think that someone hold Michael Jackson up as a model.
What I know about M.J. "lightening-process" is that she/he oxidise her/his melanzyten over the years. So Michael Jackson has no body``s defences against the sun! M.J. or that what she/he/it did shouldn`t be a model for someone on this side!

    It`s is ill!!

    Ciao Lotti
