Florida - Exboyfriend won't move out of my house
I own a house in Florida and temporarily left to work on a temporary contract in another state. The mortgage is in my name, and all mortgage payments were made by me without assistance by him since 2001. We have a daughter together who has always been under my care, without little financial assistance from him other than health insurance.

I need to return back to my home since my contract has since ended, but he won't move out even though he keeps promising he will, but then doesn't, claiming he's too poor. I'm tired of him playing on my sympathy and I need to take action today. How does the law regard him, as a tenant, squatter or trespasser? Do I give him 30 days notice then show up with my moving van, and a locksmith? Does he have any rights in this regard?

I tink that you would have to go to the court house and file an eviction notice since he is a resident at your home.
