    Chinese water dragon, eye infection
Hi there, my Chinese Water Dragon, has an infection in one eye. I don't want it to lose the eye. Is there anything I can do to help? I have at my disposal NFZ puffer, and Tetramycin (I think) Eye ointment, for my other animals. Can I use either one on my lizard?

    Thank you.

Perhaps you should see if there is a vet in your area that
Will treat reptiles. I know that some of them do.

My problem is, that I am at work right now, and have a hectic work schedule this entire weekend. I am off Monday and Tuesday, but I am afraid that it might be too late by then. Plus my usual rep Dr. received a grant to go to California to research snakes there, so now I am out a vet! Any recommendations, then for good reptile Drs. In the Miami, Fort Lauderdale area?

    That is a sticky situation.
I don't know if it would be safe to use the medication you have on a reptile.
Perhaps you could look in the phone book and just ask a vet what you should do for this weekend and if it's OK to use the medication you have.
