    The weight of the eyeglasses can cause bad blood circulation around the eyes which can lead to discolorations. You should ask your ophthalmologist or eye doctor to prescibe you glasses that is made from lightweight materials. As for the discoloration, try using eye creams or skin creams containing Vitamin K, Retinol or Vitamin A to repair and reduce the discoloration.
