    I have awful spots on my arms
    I mean they are not spots but like sores on my arms I need to get rid off before August can anyone advise me on something how to stop itching and picking as I can't help it

    I think you had better get that diagnosed by your doctor if they are itchy sores and it sounds like something that could spread if scratched and picked.

    I too recommend you have your doctor look at it, it might just be an allergic reaction to some new detergent or something, or it could be much more serious.

    Please see your doctor.

    I have been the doctors and they have given me same cream for months but still nothing is helping

    Then you will have to request an allergy test at a dermatologist and go from there. It is obviously not a normal rash then.
