I am in a small business, running one win 2003 sbs.
We recently moved to a new office, with a new internet connection.
Since moving here, we have had problems resolving domain names.
From the firewall, I can ping both names and ip addresses.
From the server or workstations, I cannot ping any domain names, but I can ping ip addresses.

The frustrating part of this problem is that it is not constant. The internet will work fine for a few hours, then have this problem for 20minutes, then all of the sudden it starts to work normally again.

I can use the internet if I enter the ip address instead of the domain name.
I have no DNS errors in the event logs, my DNS services are still running.

I have no idea what is causing this problem... please help.

This depends on what the computers are using as their Primary DNS.

If you are using the Server as the DNS, then change it to the router/modem.
If you are using the Router as the Primary DNS, then make sure that you have changed to settings from the old one to the new one... just make sure that on the router it is set to dynamically assign DNS from your provider.

It sounds like the problem is between the computers and the router... it doesn't seem as though the server has anything to do with it, hence why no DNS errors in the event logs.

I always find a reset of the router/modem and try to input all the settings again, sometimes fixes things.

I've setup a few small networks and I'll typically setup DHCP to run from the server (as opposed to the router) and set the primary dns to the same address as the gateway/router. I'll always give the router a static/reserved LAN IP as well. (Not sure if that's the best way to do it but it's worked for me)

Since you've changed locales it would be a good idea, as synick suggested, to bounce the router. Depending on the brand you have you may be able to go in as the administrator and renew the dhcp information right from the router.

Thanks guys, re-entering the dns address seemed to solve the issue, bit strange, but its good enough for me.
