    Add/remove programe
    I am trying to remove a programe from my comp. I have tried to remove it using add/remove programes, but it is still there even though it went thro the remove cycle. The programe is dogs5 which my grandson downloaded & is 450mb.is there any other way I can remove.
    Any help appreciated.

    You mean dogz 5? A game where you look after dogz? I don't see why this should be installed messily. Are you sure you chose uninstall instead of repair/whatever that some programs bring up? Maybe just the save games are left over? You might be able to safely delete what is left. What is left over after you run the uninstall?

    Hi,
    Yes that is the programe. I have selected un-instal from the 3 options. I am then asked if I want to un instal everything, I click yes & then after a few minutes it gives me list & asks me to click yes to remove these. I click yes & get the message that it has been un-installed. But when I go back to add/rem prog it is still there showing 450mb.

    You can download a software removal program that will uninstall the program, Use this website to download Uninstall Manager

    Hi Tony... Try downloading a Prog. Called CLEANSWEEP, and use that I find it very useful
