    Similac formula.
    Hi there,
I quit breatfeeding around 6 weeks, and put my baby on Similac Advance, which is what the hospital sent us home with. He has been on it for 3 weeks now and is doing great--no problems whatsoever.
However, my mom bought me two big canisters of the Similac Organic. Has anyone used this? What is the difference? My WIC doesn't cover it, so I don't think I will switch until my WIC runs out in July (husband got a better job). I am thinking of switching, but what are the differences ? What makes organic formula different/better and is it really proven to be better?

Obviously the only difference is that its made with organic milk and additional organic ingredients, USDA approved of course, but it is really up to the mom. As far as I am concerned any Similac product is good although the organic version is going to be more expensive. If your little is already on regular Similac, I would continue with it. You could save the organic for a gift.
