    Criminal trespas.
HI my name is Stan. Recently I was aressted for criminal trespassing. I brought my son home after visittion on our regularly planned weekends. I walked him into the door. I told my ex wife I didn't want to have anything else to do with her and I didn't have feelings for her she told me to leave so I left. Shortley after she contacted me and said that I scared her a she was going to call the police. I asked her why and she said its because I wouldn't leave. But I did leave. I have court soon and I have no lawyer to represent me and I need some kind of defense. What can I say or do

    Hello gardian:

You don't need to do or say anything. THEY have to prove you committed the crime. You don't have to prove you didn't.
