I would guess (1) voltage or current source, (2) conductors, and (3) a load.

With the info provided...
I too would lean towards Ohms Law.
E=IxR
Voltage (EMF)=Current x Resistance

Just for the fun of it...
I am not doubting what anybody says here because the question did not really give much information.
Is not inductance only found in AC circuits?

Components such as inductors, resistors and capacitors can be found in DC electronic circuits, and intentionally.
These elements are automatically part of AC circuits, usually unintentional, and are unwanted, but dealt with.
Since the question lacks detail, the asker is all set if the test being taken is multiple choice.

Just to be picky (why not? The original poster never came back to clarify the question, so we may as well debate among ourselves here): resistance, capacitance and inductance are all just different aspects of impedance. So I would only count them together as one element.

How about Copper, Gold, Aluminum are 3 elements common to most circuits.

Bhayne, you can't even have a discussion as a gentleman like everyone else without a dig towards me.
The best you can come up with is childish snotty comments.
You can't even be a man and speak directly to me.
Does not matter, just about every time you speak all you do is make yourself look foolish.
Do you think I make this stuff up?
Here is, as per your quote " Electrical Engineering 101":
