Is there way to install Hampton Bay Fan without the remote module?
Have Hampton Bay Ceiling Fan with Remote Module Model UC7067RC, but no remote so would like to not use the remote but wondering if there is safe way to hook up the wiring. The wires in ceiling are Red, White, Black and bare copper. I know the copper goes to the green but wondering about the orange and blue wires. I figure that the white would go to white and black to black - just not sure where the wires for the lights-orange and blue should go. Please help.

How many wires come from the fan, and what colors?

USUALLY, if the fan has pullchains, you can install without the remote, and if it does not, you cannot.

The fan has 5 wires ; blue, green, orange, white, and black. Unfortunately no pull chains only redeeming value is that it does light up.
    Thanks!!

No, I doubt it will work without the remote.
