    Frigidaire Dryer won't start
My frigidaire dryer stopped running mid-cycle and now won''t turn back on. From the user's manual and reading on-line (I haven't taken it apart, yet) I believe it is probably the thermal limiter that went bad. My question is, why would this part die? Do I have some other over-heating issue? I don't want to replace this part and then just have it blown, again. The light inside the dryer is working.
    Any help would be appreciated.

They just go bad, good planing on manufacturers part, Make sure vent and filter are clear.
With door closed and timer set to heat. Test 220 volts at element and work backwards
    Through thermals.
