    Microsoft wireless keyboard 1.0A
    I am unable to use the PrtScr key. Any suggestion?

    Under Windows the PrtScr key on ANY keyboard does not print the screen. Instead it captures the screen to the Windows clipboard. If you want to print it, you can then paste the contents of the clipboard into another program like Paint or WordPad and print from there.
