    Featherlite plus won't start
My 6 yr old Featherlite Plus ran fine and started good. But it ran out of gas and now will not start. Has a strong spark but primer bulb doesn't fill with fuel. Replaced fuel line from carb to filter but still there appears to be no suction. Can't believe it would stop after just running out of fuel.

I suspect the fuel line inside your tank is broken at the clunker. The clunker is the weight that keeps the tip of the line below the gas level no matter the positioning of the trimmer. It can be a challenge to replace clunker when you have fingers like mine.
