    My mother was born on 26may 1949 in goa india is she entitled to a portuguese passport, if yes can you tell me what do I have 2 do?

    Did portugal ever occupy India? I don't see why she would if not. Contact the nearest Portuguese consulate, it's the easiest way to find out and get the right answer.
