    FLorida owner vs renter
I allowed a friend to move in for a couple of months. Her and her daughter have now caused damage to my house. They have been asked to move out and have not done so. What are my grounds to get them out, before they really tear my house up!!

You did not mention payment or rental agreement. Also was thie a friend or a girl friend, that makes a differnece also. But the damage to the property is grounds, and you notify them in writing, if they don't leave you file in housing court to force them to move.

If they paid rent, then they are a tenant and you have to go through the eviction process. Check the top of this forum for a note with links to state laws. If they never paid rent, then they are trespassers. Check with your local police or sheriff dept and ask how you get trespassers out.
