What if you fraudulantly committed Breech of contract.
If you have an ex-wife that blatenly committed Fraud to try and sell a house and was caught by me and I turned her in by letting the Title Company and Real Estate Company know. The filed for Breech of contract on the Sale of the house. What do you think will happen?

The house will not sell, this is a civil filing, not a criminal one. You need to have this turned over to the police or DA if you want it investigated for criminal matters.

    Hello FL:

The Padre is right on. However, if the ex is ALSO the mother of your children, I would think twice about putting her in jail.

What exactly did you ex do to commit fraud? Could you be more specific? Who filed for breach, the Real Estate Company?
