Reading sound from microphone in vb5 or vb6
Hi pl some one help me I would like to record sound and display it like an ossciloscope. I just want to know how to start to read the sound from the mic. The rest I can handle. Can some one help me.:p thank you. I will be using vb5 or vb6

I'm having a minor problem to convert hexadecimal (entered as string in a textbox) into decimal. Currently, I'm trying to do the conversion through ascii method... but seems unable to get the right syntax. Or are there any functions in VB6 that does this? Thanks everyone.
