Hi my names Vicky,
I've known a lad called Liam for 5 years now and I'm so in love with him, out of the blue his stopped talking to me and everything then I reliesed his been seeing some 1 else, who's 17, his 20 now and I'm 19, I can't eat, drink, sleep. Im for eva unhappy, I always feel sick, sometimes I feels like doing something to make it all go away but deep down I haven't got the guts.

There are several ways in which this problem can be resolved. Lets take everything in its stride and take one step at a time. First, sit down and compose yourself. Second perform an ablution in the following manner:
1) Wash your hands three times up to your wrist
2) Rinse your mouth three times
3) Douch your nose three times
4) Wash your face from the tip of your hair to your chin, once
5) Wash your arms from your elbow to your finger-tips, once
6) Pass your right wet hand over your head starting from the back to front, once
7) Pass your right wet hand over your right foot from toe to ankle
8) Pass your left wet hand over your left foot from toe to ankle

Once you have completed the ablution, let me know how you feel, then we can get onto the next phase.

First of all relax, take a deep breath... ok you've been sad and sulked about it.. now you should be upset and on your way to getting over it.. he was SEEING someone else.. thats not good and you should NOT be okay with it haha... it takes time.. soon enough you won't even be thinking about him anymore... stay busy-keep your mind preoccupied. Spend time with friends, family, meet new guys! Maximize your time! Don't sit around worrying about him-because he probably is not worrying about you. And you deserve more than that.

Lol, and just so you know.. never let liam know your hurting... dont show him-do your best to fake it-he needs to know he has NOT phased you at all.. your amazing (im sure) and its not your problem he needed to see somebody else.. thats his issue-let him deal with himself, haha... you got this-dont worry about it :)
