    Runtime error
    Hi everyone I received this email from my sister I can`t help can anyone ?

    "stef has a runtime error when she opens up her comp and it won't let her on to the net so can't get her to download anything to sort it out, got any ideas, she has tried system restore but it won't let her go back far enough" x

    We need more info about the exact error message. When does she get this message? How does she get on the Net?

    Runtime error
    I am still waiting for more info from my sister ,but she uses internet explorer and she gets the message as soon as she boots up a grey box appears with numbers in it , she logs on to the comp it starts up normally then, a grey box flips up with a runtime error with lots of numbers and she can't get on the net. Sorry don`t know much more yet, will pass it on when I do, Thanks
