How do you loose water weight?
Hello all!
How do you loose the water weight? I changed my pill and I am gaining weight... its been 2 months on this pill and I eat pretty good, I go to the gym at least once a week and when I'm not there I am playing kick ball with my kids, jump rope and sit ups... I started doing more when I saw my pants are not fitting. Please help, is there any way or do I have to change the pill? Thanks! |

How much water are you drinking each day? It is not a good idea to hold back on the water you drink - your body will retain the fluid as the body thinks it is being dehydrated. I was always told by my doctor that if I wanted to lose the water weight, to drink water. Also watch what I am eating - the sodium content in foods.
