I am also a virgo but when I first came to this site I was looking for answers from phyics and the signs to see if ex was coming back and to see what type of person she was by reading the signs. And I was told when you love that person it doesn't mater about the signs and maters about comunicating and working out your problems with the other person. If you love her tell her how you feel about her mood swings.
