    If you are in a state where the title is on a deed like land, or if the moblile home has bben attached to the land and is included on a deed, then it will have to be a foreclosure.

    In other states they are on a title, just like a car title. Normally they will notice, and come and lock them up, but I have seen them physcially come hook up a semi truck and pull them away after unhooking the power and plumbing.

    If you are getting close, the best thing is try and work out a deal with the lender.
