I married a woman from the Uk after her 90 day visit had run out, she sold everything, her house, her belongings to come to the US to be with me. I met her online. Once here, she became a raving idiot, I have three children and we couldn't all stay in the same house(she has two children) so I moved to another house. She begged me to marry her, she was past her 90 day visitor stay by the, so I foolishly did, she then began following my evey move, questioning who I was with, I loved her, I thought this could work for us, she just became so different after arriving, but I still loved her and wanted her to be my wife. Then we married, but she wouldn't let me come back to the house we once shared, long story short, she made my life hell for 11 months, then... she came to my house, accused me of being with another woman,, I CALLED the police to have her removed, and they arrested me for domestic violence,, said she had a scrap on her arm,, which she must have done herself while I was in calling the cops because I never touched her, now she has moved somewhere else and I have heard she is trying to get status on some battered woman's appeal, Can this really be true, could she get status after all the lies she has told?:eek:

Well, you had to know the writing on the wall spelled "disaster pending", yet you plunged ahead and now look at the mess. Get the marriage annulled and send her home.

Yes, iknow it was stupid, but I don't think we could have passed the interview because we were living in separate houses, and I think she knew that so that when she reported me for abuse, and went the domestic violence route, I spent a night in jail for it. The charges got dropped. I just got letter for interview coming up, my lawyer knew she had gone and got another atty, I thought he would just stop the process, now what? Would she be able to go to the interview without me if she got a letter also? If so, they surely wouldn't pass it without her sponsor there. This woman is a great actress. I don't want to get into trouble for this. I did nothing intentionaaly wrong. What do I do, I can't just annull the marriage and send her home... I can anull it, but I can't send her home if she is trying the dv route

With the immigration department anything is possible, and it is not a fraud if you tell them the truth, I will assume you have filed for divorce?

No, I haven't yet, I wasn't sure if she was coming back, now I know I have to, I don't think she has told immigration where she is either because I know her mail is getting redirected now, but a neibor was picking it up just in case anything from immigration came
