    What are current assets
    Are Sales considered Current Asset?:confused:

    No - sales are not assets. Assets are things you own and that have value. Inventory you is an asset, and the cash you receive when you sell an item out of inventory is an asset. But revenue per se is not an asset.

Some companies have an asset account called "Renovations". If renovations should be considered an asset, then shouldn't repairs of capital assets be as well? I'm asking this because my textbook puts repairs immediately in the expense account.
