    Big thing of face
    I have a scab looking thing on my face and when I picked it all it did was bleed. And it created a hole in my face. So now it looks like I have a cratter in my face..
    How to I get rid of it PLEASE HELP I have a date in 3 days

    Crater scars are caused by loss of tissue, so it would be best to see a dermatologist. The crater scars are often treatable by deep resurfacing procedures, such as dermabrasion and laser or chemical peels, or with the injection of fillers such as collagen. Good luck.
