Actually, I have suffered from panic attacks all of my life. As I was forced into situations with which I just needed to deal with the realty of my panic attacks, I got much better at coping with my panic attacks. Age and experience helped. It is called practice.

Face reality and life like you would never leave it and it is all that you want to do.

What does a panic attack feel like? One time I had the wierdest feeling. I thought I was going to have a heart attack, I just got finished eating and my heart started racing and it felt like I took a bunch of caffeine pills, my hands was shaking too. I went straight home for the restaurant and was scared to death!! My mom told me to lay down for a few minutes, my mom sat beside me because I though that I was going to die. After about 10 minutes I was fine. My mom said she thought I had a panic attack but I am in no stress or nothing... I thought something was wrong with my heart or something. This has happened twice after eating at Golden Corral Buffet and once it was a strong feeling and once it was not that bad at all. I stopped eatting out for a while and then started back up but everything has been fine now. I honestly think that when I eat healthier and excersize all of my problems go away until I start back up again because I guess eating healthy can effect the mentality as well as physically.
