20 year old needs to go.
I found this site while in desperate search of an answer to my predicament. Short story... I married a man 15 years ago that had three babies, abused, and mother abandoned. I raised and homeschooled (as advised by their therapist) these children as my own. Their father walked in at 12:30 a.m. a year ago (after six previous affairs) and announced he was leaving the kids and myself for another woman. Following that he has had no contact with the children. My oldest son (of which I was very close with) began drinking, being verbally & emotionally abusive, bullying, etc. He refuses to leave and has caused turmoil for my other children and myself on every turn--even to the point of pitting outsiders against us. I've been patient, but am done. How do I pursue forcing his removal. I am afraid of him, at this point, his behavior is unpredictable. I've demanded he leave, he won't. Refuses to benefit the family in any way from cleaning his room to paying rent. I work full-time, go to school full-time, and am Mom full-time. How can I ensure the safety of my other children and myself, not cause him to do something so stupid he ends of in prison, but regain peace within my home. HELP.

It will be hard to just lock him out, but that is normally our main suggestion, but with other kids coming and going in the house most likely he could just get back in.

Do you have the resouse to see about paying his rent for one or two month at some flop house or apartment.
