On my credit report is my current mortgage company there is no balance a date un paid 3/06 high balance and terms pay status is unrated and on date closed is 3/06

Under loan info is secured chapter 7 and a date to be removed 07/08

Our bankruptcy was in 1997 and was discharged we have always paid our mortgage payment but nothing is showing up under satisfactory accounts for the company only under adverse

Go to Consumer Credit Counseling with the credit report to have them examine the entry. If it has been SEVEN years since your bankruptcy was discharged, the entry should NOT be on yor credit report.
