Once my parents scolded me badly so to hurt them back I acted that I have gone mad.I started talking to myself loudly, they thought that I have gone mad in real and took me to a doctor.I wanted this only that they should think that I have gone mad in real.later I told them that I was just acting like mad.now am feeling really bad about what I did because I hurt them so badly.I feel really left out in this world .I know people have done some more crazier things but I just wanted to know that if thers anyone who has acted like mad,who has has also acted like mad to hurt someone or for fun or for anything.I just wanted to know that its not just me who has acted like mad and there are other people also.maybe you can help me if you know someone who has done like this.To be frank this thing is really killing me inside.also everyone says that I should learn from what I did.I don't understand that what can I learn from this thing?maybe it's a stupid question to you but help me.

I come from the belief that we create our own reality from the thoughts we entertain. Think long enough about being mad, even if it is just pretend, and you may very well become mad.

I think it is time to grow up and fess up. Talk to your parents, tell them you realise it was a stupid thing to do and that you are sorry for any upset you may have caused them.

Everything won't come good overnight but if you want it all to come good then be prepared to prove how grown up you are to your parents.

The quality of your life will be determined by the quality of your thoughts - so think good thoughts.
