Seually assulted, then landlord evicts me

I was living at a low housing apartment complex, which was funded by the State of California, the City in California, the County in California and also by the Federal Government. I was sexually assulted by another tenant, who had been known previously to be violent and a background check on him was not done. A police report was filed charging this person with sexual assult. I have post traumatic stress disorder from childhood trauma. After the attack and as I was coming back into the building, I realized I didn't have my key to my apartment because I was able to get away from my attacker and got out of my apartment. I saw the manager of the building & ask him to please let me back into my apartment and he said "if you are real nice to me." I was so traumatized and he just retraumatized me again by suggesting I do something for him, so I said to him "f**k off. It was then "noticed" that the managers key to my place was "lost." My girlfriend from Florida was going to come visit me in 9 days. She got there and I was unfunctional, so she stayed with me longer than what she had planned to. The manager gave me a notice to make her leave but she would not leave me in my condition. I had a note from my Doctor stating that I needed someone with me at all times. My attacker was allowed to come back and live there when he bailed out of jail. This place of living was being run by dishonest people and I and others stated that at two different meetings. The manager would not even speak to me when I tried to talk with him. I tried to speak with him several times to which he refused to speak a word to me. He served me with eviction papers and I was out by the date I was suppose to be. The victims witness protection relocated me after I found a place I could afford. My question is what are my chances of getting the judgement against me including all costs I could have to pay and also getting the eviction off my credit report? I am sorry this is so long but I wasn't for sure how to ask it without all the points being made.

Wow this is a really complicated situation. I would suggest contacting a lawyer and seeing if there is anything you can do to get any or all of this turned around. They may suggest some kind of lawsuit against the landlord for wrongful eviction or something.

I would suggest contacting a victim's rights group. They should be able to help you get your life back together.
