    My home
My House Was Going To Foreclosure And I Ended Up Selling It To A Guy That Did A Short Term Sale He Told Us That He Was Going To Pay Off The Liens On The House And He Did A Discount With The Lien Holders And The Bank Also Told Us He Would Give Us Some Money For The House Also I Owed 60,000 For The House And He Bought It For 42,000 Then When The House Closed He Said That We Would Have To Pay Him 150 A Week To Stay There We Stayed There For 3 Weeks Then Moved. In The Mean Time We Still Had Some Stuff In The House Left And I Was Trying To Make Arrangements With Him To Get The Rest Of The Stuff Out Of The House But He Would Not Return My Calls Or Email So My Friend Called Me From Up The Street And Told Me That They Were Getting Rid Of The Rest Of The Items Out Of The House. I Called The Police And We Lost Our Kids Items And Other Stuff Out Of The House Could You Tell Me If There Is Anything That I Can Do And What Is The Law For This Situation.

    Thank You

Let me see, you sold your house, you made arrangements to move out. But did not take all of your stuff. So after you had moved, you wonder why he threw the rest of your stufff out ?

It was because you did not take it with you when you moved, he isnot obligated to be your storage unit after you move.

But he told me when we move we could make arrangements to get the rest of the items out of the house and I have that on email from him and then he would not return my phone calls or email when I tried to contact him. Doesn't he need to give us some kind of notice or something. See my house was going to foreclosure and he bought it as a short term sale and when he didn't live up to his word I reported him to the better business bureau and I think he was mad about that.
