If you are absolutely 100% positive that your partner does not have any STDs, then you cannot get any.
If you are performing oral sex without a condom, again, if you are absolutely 100% positive that your partner does not have any STDs, then you cannot get any.
If you are not 100% absolutely positive about either of the above, you can contract any STD that your partner is harboring.
I know someone who performed oral sex on a partner without the benefit of a condom and contracted the AIDS virus.
P.S. To be 100% positive your partner does not have any STDs, is if your partner has been thoroughly tested for them and can show you a current medical report.
