    Is there anything I can do
    My ex was awarded 1 week summer visitation with our child. Is there anything I can do to prevent him from taking our child out of town.

    Why don't you let them go and spend time together, i know u maybe worried about him taking your son out of town

    babiigirl1, how do you know she has a son?? I don't have an answer to janesmith's question.. but I imagine that she probably has spent more time with her child than her ex-husband, so she is concerned if they leave time. janesmith, post your question under the Family Law blog offered, too.
