Not getting any sleep since 3 months pregnant
    Hello,
I Am 5 Months Pregnant And I Don't Get Any Sleep At Night I Mean None! I'm Always Up No Matter How Tired I Am I Don't Get Any Sleep And If I Do It's Only About 2 Hours And When I Get Up I Feel Fatigued And I Have A Lack Of Energy During The Day, My Body Aches And I Can't Even Take Naps During The Day, I Am Starting To Get Worried Because I Don't Know If This Has A Big Affect On My Baby... does Any One Know If This Is Normal During Pregnancy? Or Can It Be Stress? Because I Know It's Normal At The End Of Pregnancy But I Don't Know If It Is At The Beginning?

This sounds like something you need to talk to your doctor about. All pregnancy's are different but I would say it probably is normal because you run to the bathroom and just get laid back down when you have to have a drink then hungry and so on but if it concerns you I would say talk to the doctor.

I sometimes found it difficult to sleep when I was pregnant because when I went to bed I always started thinking about things like labour and the birth. Try doing some relaxation like yoga, or have a relaxing bath before you go to bed. Most importantly try not to worry as this will make your sleeplessness worse.

Oh yes, sleep problems are one of the biggest discomfort complaints reported by pregnant women. Getting to sleep, and staying asleep are rather frustrating. Especially when you get farther along in the pregnancy and you are so big and uncomfortable and having to pee every hour. Not to mention the heart burn and if your baby is a night owl, they can keep you awake with all the kicking and squirming. Your mind just seems to start racing the moment your head hits that pillow. And the dreams are VERY common. The weirder they are, the more common haha. Weird and vivid. Welcome to pregnancy ;) HAHAHA. That wasn't very comforting was it. Haha. :D but I promise its normal. Just talk to your doctors if it gets worse, or if you just can't get any rest and are at the end of your rope.they might have some suggestions to help. I think its just preparing you for the birth of your baby actually. You'll be up every hour to two hours with feedings and diaper changes, etc for the next several months or even longer after baby is born.:)

Yeah it's horrible I think some of it has to do with stress because I do stay up and think a lot when I'm laying down.. Yeah I mean even when I'm not hungy and don't have to use the bathroom I still can't sleep but I do use the bathroom about every hour to 2 hours.
