Neck Pain
My neck began to make clicking noises last year and became painful eventually.
How should one go about treating "knots" in the shoulder blade that are creating an extremely painful neck? About two years ago I went flying over my bike handle bars and hurt my shoulder and crashed my chin into the concrete. |

I have quite a bit of neck and shoulder pain and although massaging, creams, epsom salt baths, and heating pads work, the best thing for me is to excercise- move my arms and that works the knots out. It takes time for this to go away. Stay stress free and take Ibuprofen. Not an expert here. Just opinion.
