    My endemetriosis and urinary tract infections
    I have endemetriosis and I was diegniost with it now 7 years.ive been on depoprovera for about 4 years now and I was planning on going off it,my last injection was January,but was planning on taking it again cause I'm finding I'm getting bad urinary tract infections back and a lot of pain should I go back on it,or do you know of another method I can take to make my pain and burning to stop.

    I am not sure about the urinary tract infections and we have a wonderful health care expert here who I am sure will stop by at some point.

    I have endometriosis. What helped me was taking the lowest dose of the pill and skipping the last week of placebos, going straight to the next pill pack. Stopped my period for a year by doing this and it helped tremendously. I did this under a doctor's supervision. He agreed with me that it was the best way to go with the least amount of side effects. So, you need to make an appointment with your gyno and find out what all your options are. Talk to her/him about what I did and see what they say.

    Thank you for that advice I'll be sure to do that I hope I can get this resolved soon I don't know how much more of this suffering I can deal with anyway thanxs again.

    Maybe talk to your dr. about different forms of treatment/relief. I know for urinary tract relief there is phenazopyridine, a dye. It is available otc and rx. For me, the rx was about 2 dollars cheaper than the otc.
