    H1 transfer from 2 employers
    Hi,
    Employers A & B have applied for my H1 transfer.Since employer A has applied for premium procesing I am joining them.In the mean time employer B is doing the normal processing for my H1 and they have asked me to wait for the approval before I can join them.My question is that say I join A now and later decide to leave A and join B,will employer B have to re-apply for my H1 transfer or can I start working on the H1 transfer that they had applied for earlier?I will really appreciate your response.

    Hi,

    I think employer B has to do the transfer only once and you can have any number of H1 holders, but only for whom you work will count.
