    Non-resident to form a Corporation
    How can I obtain an ITIN for an non-resident alien who wants to form a corporation here in the united states?

    As I answered in my email, you di NOT need an ITIN, but rather a Employer Identification Number (EIN).

    Go to the IRS website at Internal Revenue Service and enter EIN in the search engine. That will lead you to the form that needs to be submitted for an EIN.
