    Is there anything you can do or take to make the depo vera shot ineffective?

    I know that if you are on pills, prescription antibiotics make them less effective, so it is possible they work the same way on depo... but IM not sure, I wasn't on it long enough to find out. But please be aware that no contraceptive is 100% effective... even on depo, you can still get pregnant.
