Got Honda ignition switch replaced, now power locks messed up
So I drove my car home from the shop after they replaced the ignition switch and changed the oil.

I got home and tried to unlock my doors with the power lock switch... nothing happened. I mean, I heard the unlock noise but none of the locks unlocked.

Now I find that I can unlock the doors manually, but the switches on both passenger and driver side only lock the locks... push switch down, everything locks like it should... unlock locks manually, push switches up, everything locks like it shouldn't!

Any idea what the shop did to my car? It's a '94 Honda Accord.
