January 6 ;the Arctic Frost chapter
I posted about January 6 and how it was turned into a lawfare purge of Trump and his supporters .

What was not known and revealed by Dept Director of FBI Dan Bongino ,was that the Special Prosecutor investigating the mostly peaceful protest at the Capitol secretly targeted Rep Senators. This document was recently discovered by FBI Director Kash Patel . He felt it was important to brief the Senators about this as soon as possible.

Arctic Frost Toll Analysis of US Senators

This included the obtaining and tracking the phone records and calls of Senators Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, Josh Hawley of Missouri, Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming, Bill Hagerty of Tennessee, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, Tommy Tuberville of Alabama and GOP Rep. Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania.
The agents names have been redacted .

In a post on X ;Patel said he fired the agents involved and dismantled the unit .
FBI Director Kash Patel on X: "They tracked the communications of GOP Senators. They weaponized law enforcement against the American people. That era is over. We fired those who acted unethically, dismantled the corrupt CR-15 squad, and launched an investigation. Transparency and accountability aren’t https://t.co/2vRlZrA20R" / X

Pam Bondi faced off against Dem Senator D**khead Durbin when asked about it. Comically Durbin accused Bondi of what the Biden DOJ did .
Sen. Durbin: Attorney General Pam Bondi 'weaponized' Department of Justice

Jack Smith would've put Trump in jail had Trump not won the election. His lawfare crusade against Trump cost the taxpayers over $50 million. He claims that Trump obstructed a Congressional proceeding by trying to delay the certification process. Much of his indictments against Trump were of the 'obstructing Congressional proceedings ' variety . Can a elected Representative involved in a proceeding be charged with obstructing it ?

America was built on the concept that the people rule through their elected representatives . What we have instead increasingly is a system where the elected leaders are subordinate to the permanent administrative leviathan state. Don't think so ? What would you call it when the law agencies of the government secretly spies on the elected Representatives who are tasked with overseeing the agency ? This is a system that needs to be taken down because it does not believe in Constitutional limits . It has violated the social contract and is a law unto itself .

Very true, Tom. The Deep State has a momentum all its own and stopping it will be a gargantuan task.

CR-15 was on a fishing expedition . A memo from the Supervisory Special Agent Timothy Thibault on March 2, 2017 stated

What we are doing: Aggressively seeking out open-source information, HUMINT info that could predicate a case.

    2017-03-02, Thibault re Trump

In other words ;they were not investigating a crime .They were trying to manufacture a case against Trump.
