Why does any state have that kind of power over women's bodies? Yes, some do. My state has become a destination for abortion etc. by women in nearby states.

It's a woman's choice, not a state's law. Thus, similar rights for men should be controlled by the state - must always use condoms when having sex with his spouse, no casual sex by married or unmarried males, no medical care for prostate problems, no penile surgery, and so on.
