Fortuitous health crisis for the fall campaign
Making new rules to counter a health crisis is now SOP for Dem campaign planning . 2020 it was covid. 2024 ? Well covid always lingers as a back up. Let's not forget that the multi-jabbed Clueless Joe who almost never appears in public recently got the sniffles.
