    Parent's Trust After Weed Experience
Helloo.. I'm wondering how to regain my parents trust.. I smoked weed like in December 06.. and somehow my school found out and told my parents and it's been a mess since then.. I was grounded for around 2 months.. which I found all right.. but I've gone everything possible to regain they're trust and they still don't trust me.. I confessed and regret that I did it... now whenever I go out.. I keep them informed of what I'm going to go next.. but yesterday I was at this little hut thing with a bunch of friends.. they took me.. and would pick me up when I gave them a call.. (this is the new law.. they want to take me and pick me up everywhere).. and without any calling.. they showed up and basically spied on me.. I'm getting tired of it.. because it makes me feel like a criminal.. and I've done everything possible! All the advice of being good and honest.. everything!. I'm getting really tired of it.. and it's getting me depressed.. so that's not good.. I just want it to be like before.. oh I'm 16 by the way..

Tell your parents that you are fed up of them acting like you are a 5 year old, tell them that you are seriously sorry and that you won't ever do something like that ever again. Tell them that you know that they can't trust you but you don't know if you can trust them anymore either, also tell them that this is more deppressing then being grounded.

You obviously really shocked them so they are taking it really to heart. I would make the most of the lifts, they will soon get bored of it ruining their spare time. Don't complain about it and be really well behaved. They're only doing it because they worry about you, but they can't keep it up forever!

It was my understanding that if a grantor set up a revocable trust and a third party (let's say a bank) was named as trustee, the trustee was required to file a Form 1041. I am unable to locate any IRC or other guidance that would confirm or deny this. Please help. Thank you. Diana
