    Spots (not acne)
    I have been having trouble with my skin as a lot of spots appear now. It has really knocked down myself esteme and I was wondering if anyone knew ways to prevent them/get rid of them. Thanks in advance ( I am 15 years old)

    What do the spots look like? Freckles, red, white, black, flat, raised, small, big?

    I cannot diagnose your skin problem over the Internet, but it sounds like you a have some form of acne. It's normal for teenagers to get acne. Teenagers get acne because of hormones that come with puberty. You should consult a dermatologist for a proper diagnose and the best options for treatments.

    Excellent advice about how to meet people, get involved.

    I read your other post and I think once you relax and become less anxious this will clear up. So, like others said, get involved in school. Get busy it'll take your mind off yourself and these things won't seem so magnified.
