    Heat Pump troubleshooting
    In what sequence should I be testing the electrical components in my heat pump
    Unit?

    Can someone plot the electrical path for me?

    Check for 220 volts, next check for 24 volts. Then check the components to see which one is defective.

    What's it not doing? Is the inside blower running? Does the outside fan run? Does it trip any circuit breakers? More information will be helpful.
