    What it means (Theft Under $5000)
    Theft Under $5000 - This is my first offence in life, (Toronto CA) first appearance in court is in next week, but my disclosure is not available at court (My data is not yet available in court). Could someone please explain what it means and what will be its consequences? Would it be possible to finish off the case on first appearance? I am going to plead guilty.

    L can't answer your questions, but greatly appreciated if you would tell me what actions you took, the outcome and your lawyers advice

    What ramc has stated about his or her case, is already well over a month old. He or she has also not been active on this site since April 20th. So, this is all old news on this site.

    Get an attorney.
